Prabhu Insurance Limited is a non-life insurance company founded in 1996 by leading industrial and business houses of Nepal. It has major shareholding of Prabhu Group and also of Karmachari Sanchaya Kosh (Employee's Provident Fund), an enterprise of Government of Nepal. It has paid up capital around 30 crores by end of Fiscal year 2071/2072.
