Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Distribution Lead to join our team. This position is responsible for managing distributor relationships, driving market expansion, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring smooth collaboration between internal teams. Key Responsibilities:
Distributor Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with distributors to ensure effective collaboration and alignment with the company's sales and marketing goals.
Market Expansion & Territory Management:
- Identify opportunities for market growth by expanding into new territories and managing the performance of existing territories to optimize sales potential.
Marketing Support & Promotional Activities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to increase product visibility and boost sales.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting:
- Accurately forecast sales trends based on historical data and market analysis, providing regular performance reports to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
Distributor Support:
- Provide ongoing support to distributors by equipping them with necessary tools, training, and resources to help them perform effectively and drive sales.
Market Intelligence & Competition Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to gather intelligence that can shape business strategies and improve market positioning.
Internal Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams across sales, marketing, product development, and other departments to align on objectives and ensure smooth execution of strategies and projects.
Job Specification

- Minimum of 1 years of experience in distribution, sales, or a similar role
- Experience in managing distributor networks and driving market expansion
