Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Store Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving sales, and ensuring a positive in-store experience for customers. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, a good understanding of products, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Showroom/Customer Relation Management:
- Engage with customers in the showroom, build strong relationships, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
Sales Presentation:
- Deliver effective sales presentations by highlighting the features and benefits of products, addressing customer needs, and influencing purchasing decisions.
Lead Generation:
- Proactively identify and generate sales leads through various channels, including walk-ins, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
Negotiation/Closing Deals:
- Negotiate prices, terms, and other factors with customers to close sales effectively and ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Research/Competitor Analysis:
- Keep track of market trends and competitors’ activities to provide valuable insights that contribute to the store’s sales strategies and product offerings.
Reporting Documents:
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and other key performance indicators, and submit regular reports to management.
Collaboration with Teams for Sales Strategy:
- Collaborate with store teams and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company’s goals and drive business growth.
Job Specification
- Bachelor completed or studying in final year
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems and cash handling
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
