Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative - Project to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, lead generation, sales presentations, and negotiations, while ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The role requires a strong understanding of project sales, proposal development, and collaboration with internal teams to successfully close deals and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Project & Proposal Planning:

  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to design detailed project plans and proposals, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company objectives.

Lead Generation & Field Visits:

  • Identify and generate new leads through field visits and direct customer engagement, cultivating potential business opportunities in the market.

Sales Presentation & Pitching:

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, pitching project solutions to prospective clients while highlighting the value and benefits of the offerings.

Project Negotiation & Contract Management:

  • Lead negotiations with clients on project terms, pricing, and deliverables, ensuring successful closure of contracts while protecting company interests.

Collaboration with Sales Team:

  • Work closely with the Sales team and other departments to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of solutions.

Sales of Casting & Target Achievement:

  • Achieve sales targets for project-related casting, contributing to overall sales goals while focusing on quality and customer satisfaction.

 

Field Visit:

Conduct regular site visits and meetings with potential and existing clients to understand project requirements, build relationships, and close deals.

Job Specification
  • Bachelors
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in project sales, business development, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of project management processes and sales cycles
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships effectively
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
