Job Description
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Engage regularly with clients to understand their needs, ensure product/service satisfaction, and identify opportunities for additional offerings.
  • Identify and pursue new customer opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and lead generation activities
  • Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients by proactively reaching out to prospects and creating sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, providing insights into sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue achievements
  • Analyze sales trends and performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.
  • Monitor and gather customer feedback to identify pain points or areas for improvement.
  • Promptly address customer concerns, resolve issues effectively, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Proven ability to develop sales strategies, proposals, and presentations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
