Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly demeanor.
- Manage phone calls and respond to inquiries via email and social media platforms.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for counseling sessions.
- Maintain a well-organized front desk area and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
- Provide basic information about our services and assist students in the initial stages of the application process.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently.
Job Specification
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree Prefer
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Can work on content creation for social media Platform
- Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
