Job Description
- Greet clients, customers, and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.

- Handle courier services and mail distribution.
- Receive and verify customer orders via phone, email, or online platforms.
- Enter orders into the company’s system accurately.
- Check product availability and stock levels.
- Notify relevant teams of low stock or inventory requirements.
- Address and resolve discrepancies in orders, such as missing items or incorrect details.
- Maintain records of all order transactions.
- Prepare reports related to order processing and delivery.
