Job Description
- Oversee daily operations
- Manage inventory levels of beauty products, tools, and equipment.
- Supervise, train, and mentor staff, including beauty professionals (cosmetologists, estheticians), front-desk personnel, and support staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Assist in the development and execution of business strategies to grow the company’s client base and improve service offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote products and services.
- Identify opportunities for revenue generation and cost reduction.
- Keep up to date with cosmetology-related health and safety standards.
