Job Description

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with the overall business goals.
  • Create branding strategies to strengthen the company’s presence in the market and increase brand recognition.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in digital marketing.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, content marketing, etc.).
  • Coordinate with internal teams (content, creative, web development) to ensure campaigns are executed on time and on budget.
  • Oversee the creation of content, including blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and digital ads.

Branding and Positioning:

  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and campaigns.
  • Develop strategies to enhance the company’s reputation and public image in the digital landscape.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to create visually appealing and brand-aligned digital assets (logos, banners, ads, etc.).

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using metrics such as ROI, engagement, traffic, and conversions.
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media analytics platforms to assess and optimize campaigns.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns and marketing strategies.

Customer Engagement:

  • Manage the company's online presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to engage and grow the audience.
  • Foster online community building and respond to customer inquiries or feedback in a timely and professional manner.

SEO/SEM Optimization:

  • Optimize content and websites for SEO to improve organic search rankings.
  • Manage paid search campaigns (PPC) and track performance to maximize the return on investment.

Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Work closely with the sales team to align digital marketing initiatives with sales objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance on best practices and innovative digital solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, new technologies, and best practices, and implement them where applicable.
