Job Description
- Greet customers upon their arrival
- Demonstrate proper use of makeup and skin care products
- Cross-sell beauty products, when appropriate (e.g. Creams, Toner, Eye cream, Cleanser, serums, body lotions, lipsticks and hair care products)
- Identify customer needs and recommend cosmetics and skin care products based on their preferences
- Help clients find products they’re looking for in our store
- Ensure proper presentation of products on shelves
- Explain to customers how to use products they’re interested in buying
- Advise customers on how to take care of their skin
- Inform customers on prices and special offers
- Replenish stock as needed
- Achieve the sales target by using advanced sales techniques and product knowledge
- Focus on selling and up selling.
- Build and maintain guest experience standards in order to build strong loyalty
- Communicate with customers to assess and satisfy their needs, and meet or exceed their expectations.
- Maintain high standards of Visual Merchandising housekeeping in term of cleanness, display and stock rotation
- Implement all merchandising as per the brand's visual merchandising guidelines.
- Cleaning, prepare stock in hand, participate in inventories.
Job Specification
- Minimum +2 (Higher Secondary level) or equivalent
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or beauty consultancy (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of skincare and beauty products.
- Ability to provide personalized recommendations to customers.
- Sales-driven with the ability to meet targets.
- Attention to detail, especially in visual merchandising.
- Friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
- Passion for beauty and skincare products.
- Strong customer service orientation.
Compensation Details for Beauty Advisor:
- Fixed Salary: NPR 15,000 per month.
- Incentives: Sales incentives will be provided upon achieving sales targets.
