Job Specification
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes
  • Oversee performance management systems and employee development programs
  • Ensure compliance with Nepal's labor laws and regulations
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Provide HR consulting services to clients as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve employee engagement and productivity

 

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR management roles in Nepal
  • In-depth knowledge of Nepal's labor laws and HR practices
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills in Nepali and English
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
