Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Officer with at least 1 year of experience in human resources to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and maintaining HR records
- Support the recruitment process: posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
- Assist in employee onboarding and orientation.
- Maintain and update employee records in both digital and physical formats.
- Help ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information.
- Support day-to-day operations of the HR department.
- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries.
- Help organize training & development initiatives.
Job Specification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar HR role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Good knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with HR software and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality
- Experience with applicant tracking systems or HRIS.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and HR regulations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
