Job Description

As the Sales Executive overseeing 7 outlets, you will be responsible for managing the sales activities, improving store performance, and ensuring that each outlet meets its sales targets. You will work closely with store managers and teams to optimize store operations, maximize sales, and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Sales Target Achievement: Ensure that each outlet consistently meets or exceeds its monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Team Management: Lead, coach, and motivate the sales teams across the 7 outlets to ensure high levels of performance and customer service.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance across outlets, identifying areas for improvement and taking action to drive sales.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring that each outlet maintains high standards of service, store presentation, and product availability.
  • Inventory Management: Work with the operations team to ensure optimal stock levels, timely replenishment, and proper stock management across all outlets.
  • Sales Strategies: Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive foot traffic and sales, including seasonal campaigns and in-store promotions.
  • Staff Training: Provide ongoing training and development to outlet staff to ensure they are equipped with product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service skills.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, including progress toward targets, customer feedback, and market trends, and present to management.
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing budgets for each outlet, ensuring cost-effective operations.
