Job Description
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and contributing to the overall sales strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the company’s growth objectives are met and exceeded.
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and leveraging industry contacts.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, including product demos, proposals, and negotiations.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to develop strategies and solutions that meet client needs.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
Job Specification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
