Job Description

Job Summary:

The Customer Relationship Representative is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the relationship between the company and its clients. This role involves proactive communication, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator who is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience and building long-term client loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
  2. Address client questions, issues, and complaints promptly and professionally, following up until resolution.
  3. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized assistance
  4. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback on services.
  5. Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience, and proactively suggest additional products or services.
  6. Maintain updated records of client interactions and status updates
  7. Monitor customer accounts and follow up on any outstanding issues or pending actions.
Job Specification

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
  2. Experience: 1+ years of experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive and empathetic approach
  5. Experience in using CRM software is a plus
  6. Ability to handle multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  7. Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
