Job Description
- Planning: Creating an annual online calendar to drive business growth, including sales, promotions, and other activities
- Managing: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the online store, including inventory, shipments, and customer satisfaction
- Analyzing: Analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Reporting: Preparing sales and traffic reports
- Marketing: Executing e-marketing campaigns to reach sales targets
- Customer service: Supporting customer service efforts, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues
- Promoting: Demonstrating products to prospective clients and attending conferences and events
- Negotiating: Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals
- Collaborating: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, and customer service

Job Specification
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience in retail, e-commerce, or O2O management, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of omnichannel retail strategies and e-commerce platforms.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
