Job Description

Position Overview:


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic O2O (Online-to-Offline) Retail E-commerce Manager to lead and oversee the seamless integration of our online and offline retail channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, enhancing customer experiences, and optimizing operational efficiency across platforms, ensuring our brand stands out in the competitive retail e-commerce landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement O2O strategies to connect online and offline customer journeys.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through omnichannel approaches.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Analyze and optimize sales performance across e-commerce and offline stores.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create campaigns that boost cross-channel sales.

Operational Management:

  • Oversee inventory synchronization between online and offline channels.
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.

Technology and Integration:

  • Manage the implementation and maintenance of tools or platforms to enable O2O operations.
  • Work with IT and tech teams to enhance user experience on e-commerce platforms and in retail stores.

Customer Experience:

  • Ensure consistent branding and customer service across all channels.
  • Design and implement personalized experiences for O2O shoppers.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of O2O initiatives.
  • Generate insights and recommendations based on customer behavior and sales data.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to execute O2O strategies effectively.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams for cohesive operations.

 

Job Specification

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in retail, e-commerce, or O2O management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel retail strategies and e-commerce platforms.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
