Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Team Management:
- Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team to meet targets.
- Provide training and support to ensure team performance.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer preferences.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Oversee the creation of promotional materials, advertisements, and digital content.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Address customer inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and present detailed sales and marketing reports to management.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and marketing activities.
Job Specification
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales and marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
