Job Description

Job Summary:
The Content and Order Management Staff is responsible for managing product content, maintaining product listings, and ensuring seamless order processing on the e-commerce platform. This role involves creating accurate product descriptions, coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain inventory, processing orders efficiently, and assisting with customer inquiries. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has a solid understanding of both content management and order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the content to update and optimize listings as necessary to improve search visibility and engagement
  • Create and update product listings, ensuring accurate information on specifications, descriptions, images, and pricing
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all product content aligns with brand guidelines and enhances the customer experience.
  • Manage the end-to-end order process, from order receipt to fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of products.
  • Track inventory status, conducting regular audits to verify stock levels and avoid out-of-stock issues.
  • Update product availability on the platform and communicate low stock or replenishment needs to the relevant teams.
  • Conduct regular reviews of product listings to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to SEO best practices
  • Work with the content and marketing teams to update and optimize listings as necessary to improve search visibility and engagement.
Job Specification

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in content management, order processing, or a similar role within e-commerce.
  • Sound knowledge in e-commerce platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and content management practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to enhancing user experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with an understanding of e-commerce metrics.
