Job Description
Job Summary:
The B2B Sales Representative is responsible for driving business growth through generating new business leads, establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients, and presenting solutions that meet clients' needs. This role requires a self-motivated individual with strong communication and negotiation skills, focused on achieving sales targets and contributing to the company’s expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential business clients through research, cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Conduct product and service presentations tailored to client needs, demonstrating value propositions.
- Prepare customized proposals and negotiate terms with clients to secure sales agreements
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market changes
- Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams based on client needs and industry shifts.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategies and share insights.
Job Specification
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 1 year of experience in sales or business development
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in using CRM software is a plus
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Analytical skills to assess client needs and market opportunities.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts simply.
