Job Description

Job Summary:
The Logistics Associate will be responsible for supporting the daily operations within the logistics and supply chain department. This role includes tracking inventory, coordinating with internal and external teams, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate transportation and warehousing.
optimizing supply chain efficiency.
monitor stock level and notify relevant teams about stock shortages or excess.
conducts audits and manage replenishments.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, and logistics activities.
Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to confirm order status and resolve any logistics issues.
Identify areas for process improvement within logistics operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Assist in implementing new logistics strategies and procedures as directed.

Job Specification

Qualifications and skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in management
Experience: 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data handling.
Problem-solving skills and proactive approach to work.
