Position: Marketing Executive

Job Description

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote company products and services in both urban and rural markets.
• Conduct field visits to potential clients, medical institutions, and other partners to create awareness of the brand.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to improve marketing strategies.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, market feedback, and promotional effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Organize and participate in promotional activities, events, and campaigns.

Salary: NPR 20,000 + Incentives based on sales performance

Job Specification

• Bachelor’s degree (running or completed) in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in marketing or sales (preferred).
• Freshers with strong communication skills and a hardworking attitude are encouraged to apply.

• Must be willing to travel and work both inside and outside the Kathmandu Valley.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
