The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and meeting company revenue goals. This role requires strong leadership, market insight, and a passion for electric vehicles.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to deliver high performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align goals.

Job Specification

Sales management by objective:

  • Develop and break down sales plans: Develop annual / monthly sales plans, budgets, and quotas based on the company's business policies and company goals, and monitor their implementation.
  • Lead teams to meet targets: Make sure sales tasks are met through market analysis, resource mobilization, and team management.
  • Profit and channel optimization: Integrate internal and external resources to increase sales and maximize channel benefits.

Team Building and Training:

  • Team management: responsible for the formation of the sales team, evaluation and the formulation of incentive policies to improve the performance of the team.
  • Employee training: organize sales process, product knowledge and service marketing training, and regularly evaluate employees' business capabilities.

Marketing and Customer Management:

  • Market Analysis: Collecting competition dynamics, regional market information, predicting trends and adjusting strategies.
  • Customer relationship maintenance: develop new customers, maintain old customer relationships, and handle customer complaints to increase satisfaction.
  • O2O and B-side docking: build offline service system and coordinate B-side resource cooperation.

Operations and Compliance:

  • Inventory and procurement: Develop a product vehicle procurement plan to optimize inventory management.
  • Process monitoring: Ensure compliance with sales processes and regularly test the performance of the business.
  • Cross-departmental collaboration: Coordination of after-sales, marketing and other departments to promote the achievement of overall operational goals.
