Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging IELTS preparation courses tailored to individual or group needs.
- Develop lesson plans and teaching materials focused on exam strategies and techniques.
- Conduct mock tests and provide constructive feedback to track student progress.
- Identify and address areas of improvement for each student to enhance their performance.
- Stay updated on changes to the IELTS exam format and requirements.
- Foster a supportive and motivating learning environment.
- Provide guidance on time management, test-taking strategies, and stress management.
- Maintain records of student performance and prepare progress reports.
Job Specification
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (preferred).
- TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA certification is highly desirable.
- Proven experience teaching IELTS or other English language exams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with IELTS band descriptors and scoring criteria.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles and levels.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
