Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging IELTS preparation courses tailored to individual or group needs.
  • Develop lesson plans and teaching materials focused on exam strategies and techniques.
  • Conduct mock tests and provide constructive feedback to track student progress.
  • Identify and address areas of improvement for each student to enhance their performance.
  • Stay updated on changes to the IELTS exam format and requirements.
  • Foster a supportive and motivating learning environment.
  • Provide guidance on time management, test-taking strategies, and stress management.
  • Maintain records of student performance and prepare progress reports.

 

Job Specification

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (preferred).
  • TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA certification is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience teaching IELTS or other English language exams.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with IELTS band descriptors and scoring criteria.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles and levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
