Job Description
We are looking for a Fleet Incharge to oversee the daily operations of Gogoro rental bikes, ensuring smooth fleet management and business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding the rental business by onboarding new riders and client organizations while ensuring the fleet's regular maintenance and operational efficiency.
Job Specification
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Gogoro rental fleet, ensuring efficiency and optimal performance.
- Monitor bike availability, utilization, and timely deployment.
- Identify and approach potential riders and client organizations to expand the rental business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to improve business strategies.
- Coordinate with service teams for timely repairs and upkeep of the fleet.
- Maintain accurate records of rentals, fleet utilization, and revenue.
- Generate periodic reports on fleet performance and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in fleet management, operations, or a similar role.
- Strong business development and client relationship skills.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- A valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
