Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, scheduling service appointments, advising customers on scooter maintenance, and ensuring seamless battery swapping operations. Your role is critical in ensuring a positive customer experience and contributing to the growth of our electric two-wheeler business.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers requiring mechanical service or repairs.
  • Assess customer needs and determine the scope of mechanical services required.
  • Provide accurate cost estimates and timelines for service or repair work.
  • Coordinate with service technicians and ensure timely completion of work.
  • Communicate service updates and recommendations to customers clearly and professionally.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding service processes and vehicle maintenance.
  • Upsell additional services or products based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
  • Maintain detailed records of service appointments, customer interactions, and vehicle histories.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the automotive or mechanical industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and software related to service management.
  • Willingness to learn and stay updated on automotive industry trends and technologies.

Note: Salary range 30k plus, no bar for experiened and deserving candidates.
