Job Description
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise showroom staff, including sales associates and support personnel.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development.
  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and product presentation.
  • Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Manage showroom budgets and expenses, including ordering supplies and equipment.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and events.
  • Implement and track marketing initiatives to drive traffic and increase brand awareness.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and feedback.
  • Implement loyalty programs and initiatives to enhance customer retention.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on showroom performance, sales metrics, and staff productivity.
  • Utilize sales data and market research to make informed decisions and optimize showroom operations.
Job Specification
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree or Masters in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preference will be given to candidates residing in Kathmandu.
