Job Description
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Recruit, train, and supervise showroom staff, including sales associates and support personnel.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development.
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and product presentation.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Manage showroom budgets and expenses, including ordering supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Implement and track marketing initiatives to drive traffic and increase brand awareness.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities and adjust strategies as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and feedback.
- Implement loyalty programs and initiatives to enhance customer retention.
- Handle escalated customer issues and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Prepare and present regular reports on showroom performance, sales metrics, and staff productivity.
- Utilize sales data and market research to make informed decisions and optimize showroom operations.
Job Specification
- Minimum bachelor’s degree or Masters in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preference will be given to candidates residing in Kathmandu.
