Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and self driven HR Specialist to join our growing human resources team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting to attract and hire top talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and requisition requirements across various departments.
  • Source and recruit qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, college recruiting, etc.
  • Conduct screening, interviews with candidates to evaluate skills, experience, and fitment.
  • Coordinate interviewing and candidate evaluation process with hiring teams.
  • Extend employment offers and negotiate competitive compensation packages.
  • Maintain applicant tracking system and databases with meticulous record keeping.
  • Develop recruiting strategies and tactical plans to identify talent pools and build a robust pipeline.
  • Promote the company's brand and employee value proposition through events, social media, etc.
  • Analyze metrics to evaluate source effectiveness, hiring process efficiency, etc.
  • Stay current on recruiting trends, technology, regulations, and best practices.
Job Specification

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in full life-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to partner with all levels.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge on best HR Practices including GESI (gender equality and social inclusion).
  • Knowledge and ability to devise incentive plans, performance appraisal standards and people management.
