Job Description
Overview:
Nebula Mobility Pvt. Ltd., the authorized partner of Gogoro in Nepal, is seeking passionate and motivated individuals to join our sales team. As a Sales Officer, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our innovative products and services to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to explain the features, benefits, and advantages of Gogoro products and services.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products and services that meet their needs, thereby driving sales conversions.
- Work towards achieving both personal and team sales targets on a regular basis.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Gogoro products, including specifications, pricing, and promotions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that the showroom is always well-organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.
Job Specification
- MBA / BBA or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply; prior sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Smart and presentable appearance, with the ability to make compelling product presentations.
- A strong interest in sales with a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Willingness to work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve common goals.
- Energetic, confident, and proactive with a passion for sales and customer service.
- Proficiency in both English and Nepali is preferred.
