Job Description

Overview:
Nebula Mobility Pvt. Ltd., the authorized partner of Gogoro in Nepal, is looking for an experienced and driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales efforts. This role is critical in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth through corporate partnerships and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B Sales Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive B2B sales growth, aligning with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and acquire potential business clients and partnerships, focusing on expanding the corporate client base.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives and procurement managers, to foster long-term business partnerships.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Negotiation: Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and agreements with clients to secure favorable terms and close deals.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the Head of Sales, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
Job Specification
  • MBA / BBA or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar corporate sales or business development role, preferably within the automotive, technology, or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, with a proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior-level decision-makers.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals and securing advantageous terms.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Proficient in market research and data analysis to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team, driving performance and achieving targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing client needs and challenges.
