We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Admin Officer to manage office operations while serving as the primary point of communication for clients. This role is critical in ensuring smooth office functions and providing excellent client support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and ensuring prompt responses.
- Manage client communications through phone, email, and in-person meetings, providing a high level of customer service.
- Coordinate between office management and clients to address any service-related issues or requests.
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the office, including scheduling meetings and appointments with clients.
- Maintain and update client records, files, and databases to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist clients with services and inquiries, providing information and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare reports, client communications, and other documentation as required.
- Handle and follow up on client feedback and ensure their concerns are escalated to the relevant departments.
- Coordinate client service delivery and support internal teams in meeting client expectations.
- Perform any other administrative and client service-related duties as required by management.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an administrative role with a strong focus on client handling and communication.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Nepali.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Customer service-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
