Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Counselor to join our team. The Counselor will be responsible for guiding nursing professionals through the pathway of becoming registered nurses in the USA, UK, Australia and Canada , providing support for job placement, relocation, and immigration processes. This role involves offering personalized advice, career counseling, and ongoing support to ensure successful integration into their new roles and environments.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of nursing candidates’ skills, experience, and career goals.
- Provide clear and detailed explanations of the pathway to becoming a registered nurse in the USA, UK, Australia and Canada, including the NCLEX exam, state licensing requirements, and other regulatory steps.
- Offer relocation assistance and guidance on immigration processes, including visa applications and legal requirements.
- Maintain ongoing communication with potential candidates to ensure their joining and address any concerns or challenges.
- Organize and conduct workshops and seminars on career development, job search strategies, and professional growth for nursing professionals.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, job market developments, and regulatory changes affecting the nursing profession.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of candidate interactions, assessments, and placements.
- Participate in networking events and job fairs to promote the center’s services and attract potential candidates.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in career counseling, recruitment, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates.
- Empathetic and patient approach to counseling, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in using counseling software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
