Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle confidential documents and ensure all sensitive information is treated with the utmost discretion.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, screening phone calls, emails, and requests, and directing them as appropriate.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Coordinate and manage meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Liaise with internal departments, clients, and external partners on behalf of the CEO.
  • Assist in organizing corporate events, board meetings, and executive functions.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and act as an ambassador for the CEO in all interactions.
  • Ensure the CEO’s office operates smoothly by overseeing administrative tasks and providing support where needed.

 

Job Specification

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an executive or senior office secretary.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and adaptable approach.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor, with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
