Job Description
- Delivering non scripted talks that describe the company’s services.
- Explaining services and services prices
- Answering customer information about services
- Obtaining customer information such as name, Academic Qualifications and contact number (lead collections).
- Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future
- Following up on previous customers for potential sales
- Maintaining records of customer contacts
- Completing customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers
- Conducting Webinars.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Good computer skills.
- Excellent written and communication skills in both English and Nepali.
- Prospecting, negotiating, communicating, and persuasive skills.
- Very good research ability in the internet.
