Job Description
- Proactively follow up with prospective students who have made inquiries.
- Maintain clear communication with students regarding their applications, classes, and progress.
- Regularly update audio-visual content and success stories on the company’s social media platforms.
- Respond to queries and comments on social media promptly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for all concerned departments (e.g., counseling, finance, documentation, academic).
- Maintain an accurate and detailed logbook segregating students based on their country of interest (Australia, UK, USA, Canada, New Zealand).
- Welcome and assist students and visitors.
- Answer calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
- Schedule appointments with the counseling and academic departments.
- Record fees collected from students and maintain accurate financial data.
- Keep track of daily purchase receipts and bills.
- Act as the primary communication link between students and respective departments.
- Ensure smooth handoffs of student files and documentation.
- Provide administrative support where necessary.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the reception area is presentable.
Job Specification
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Fluency in English and Nepali (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
