Job Title: Marketing Strategist

Location: Hattisar, Kathmandu

Job Type: Full-time


Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to launch and promote new product
  • Plan, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels, including email, social media, content marketing, and offline advertising, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.
  • Conduct thorough research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer behaviors, and competitor actions
  • Collaborate with teams across the various departments to ensure alignment towards achieving marketing objectives.
  • Track and measure marketing outcomes including marketing tactics, new leads, sales activities, and ROI
  • Focus on improving lead generation tactics and refining the sales conversion process, ensuring that prospects are effectively nurtured through targeted messaging and campaigns.
  • Continuously monitor new marketing trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate innovative strategies and tactics that keep the company at the forefront of the industry.
  • Ensure marketing strategies align with overall business strategy.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 4-5 years of experience in related field
  • Proven track record in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing solutions.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market segmentation, and targeting strategies.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Clear written and verbal communication to express ideas and share the marketing strategies
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
