Job Summary

As a Client Service Specailist, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring the delivery of outstanding service and the successful execution of advertising campaigns. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including creative, strategy, and production, to deliver high-quality work that meets client objectives and expectations. Your role will involve managing client relationships, project timelines, budgets, and ensuring seamless communication between the agency and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison between the agency and assigned clients, fostering strong, trust-based relationships.
  • Project Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of client projects, ensuring that all campaigns are executed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Communication: Act as the key communicator between clients and internal teams, providing clear, concise, and timely updates.
  • Briefing: Work with clients to understand their needs and translate them into detailed briefs for the creative and production teams.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards and align with the client's brand and strategy.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential issues in project delivery and work with teams to resolve them efficiently.
  • Budget Management: Track project budgets, ensuring all activities are cost-effective and aligned with client expectations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on project progress, KPIs, and outcomes to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Client Satisfaction: Continuously seek feedback from clients to improve service quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Fresher or 1 years of experience in client service, account management, or a related role in an advertising or marketing agency.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
