The Process Manager at ITsutra Inc. is responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing the organization’s Process Inventory. This role involves developing clear and user-friendly SOPs, creating visual process diagrams, and collaborating with department heads to standardize processes. The Process Manager will ensure that all workflows are well-documented and updated regularly to improve operational efficiency. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Job Description

  • Process Documentation
    • Collaborate with HODs and process owners to gather detailed information and create clear, user-friendly Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
    • Establish and enforce a consistent format for all documentation, ensuring uniformity across the organization.
    • Regularly review and update SOPs to keep them relevant, accurate, and aligned with current practices.
  • Process Diagram Creation
    • Develop visual diagrams (e.g., flowcharts, workflow diagrams) to accompany written documentation, using tools like Lucid chart, Visio, or Miro.
    • Ensure diagrams accurately reflect process flows, decision points, and dependencies.
    • Manage updates to diagrams as processes evolve, maintaining visual resources that are easy to understand and use.
  • Process Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain the Process Inventory in Notion, ensuring all documents and diagrams are easily accessible and well-labeled.
    • Track the status of documentation projects, including draft, review, and finalized stages, and manage a review calendar to keep documentation current.
    • Provide guidance and training to team members on how to navigate and utilize the Process Inventory effectively.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
    • Act as the primary liaison between departments to facilitate the documentation and standardization of processes.
    • Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, identify areas for improvement, and ensure alignment across teams.
    • Manage and prioritize documentation requests based on organizational needs and strategic impact.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Analyze feedback and performance data to drive continuous improvement in process documentation and management practices.
    • Stay up to date with best practices in process management and propose innovative solutions to enhance workflow efficiency.
    • Proactively seek opportunities to streamline and optimize processes, making recommendations to stakeholders.
