Job Title: Sales and Marketing Officer (Hospitality)

Department: Sales

Reports to: HOD

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to join our hospitality team in Chitwan. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting our property, attracting guests and corporate clients, and driving revenue through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the hospitality sector

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients

3. Design and implement local marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions

4. Manage social media platforms and ensure online presence is strong and updated

5. Organize and represent the hotel in tourism fairs, networking events, and local collaborations

6. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly

7. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management

8. Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and ROI

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field

2. Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry
