Ranasaria Group’s sister company Shreesalasar, a leading trading firm that specializes in beauty and personal care products is looking for a creative and dynamic Branding & Social Media officer to amplify our presence across digital platforms and foster a strong brand identity. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing our digital presence, managing social media strategies, and creating a cohesive brand identity that resonates with our target audience in the trading and investment sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive branding strategy to strengthen Shreesalasar’s identity in the marketplace.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee and manage all social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok etc., ensuring consistent messaging and engagement.
  • Content Creation & Curation: Create compelling, original content, including blog posts, social media updates, and marketing materials tailored to the trading and investment industry.
  • Creative Design & Posts: Take full responsibility for the design and creation of posts on social media, using your own creativity to produce visually appealing and engaging content that aligns with the company’s brand identity.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital campaigns that promote the company’s services, new product offerings, and market insights.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, track, and analyze social media performance, adjusting strategies to improve engagement, reach, and overall performance.
  • Brand Messaging: Ensure that all communications, both internal and external, align with the company’s tone, values, and goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and design teams to develop and implement campaigns, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing, branding, and social media trends within the financial and trading sectors to ensure Shreesalasar stays ahead of the curve.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in branding, social media management, or digital marketing, preferably within the trading, finance, or investment sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the digital landscape, particularly within the trading industries.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for detail in design, messaging, and branding.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of SEO, paid social advertising, and content marketing strategies is a plus.
