About The Role


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across various channels to drive results. Ensure campaigns are executed on time and with high quality.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Utilize data-driven strategies to improve website and landing page performance, implementing A/B tests, analyzing data, and refining the user experience to increase conversion rates.
  • Creative Strategy & Execution: Bring fresh ideas and energy to the marketing team, contributing to the development of creative and innovative marketing strategies.
  • Data-Driven Analysis: Analyze campaign performance using relevant metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including design, product, and sales to ensure campaign objectives align with business goals.
  • Continuous Learning & Innovation: Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our marketing initiatives.




What We’re Looking For


Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience in launching and maintaining multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, search, etc.)
  • Experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.

)


Desirable

  • Proficiency in using marketing tools such as Google Analytics, A/B testing platforms, and marketing automation software.
  • Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and email marketing best practices is preferred.
  • Knowledge of tools like HubSpot or similar platforms is preferred.




Qualification
