About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing strategy and execution. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys both planning and driving results through strong execution support. You’ll work directly with the founder and lead a talented in-house team of designers, content creators, and social media specialists.


Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and lead digital campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Align marketing efforts with product launches, user growth, and retention goals.
  • Manage budgets, optimize performance, and experiment with new formats/channels.


Social Media & Brand Visibility

  • Oversee Bytecare’s presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Guide content themes, formats, and storytelling to connect with micro-entrepreneurs.
  • Monitor what's effective and adapt quickly; we value traction more than perfection.


Performance & Analytics

  • Define and report on KPIs like ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversions.
  • Analyze funnel performance and audience behavior to continuously refine campaigns.
  • Share insights and recommendations regularly.


Team Collaboration

  • Coordinate with designers, content creators, and the social media executive for seamless execution.
  • Provide creative direction, feedback, and inspiration to keep the team moving.
  • Collaborate with the founder and product team to align marketing with company goals.


Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid campaigns and growth.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and performance marketing.
  • Excellent understanding of campaign data, funnels, and metrics-driven decision making.
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or video tools is a plus.
  • Bonus: A portfolio or case study of successful campaigns.
