Job Description
· Develop, implement, and optimize a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for patient acquisition and retention.
· Oversee and manage all digital marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with the clinic’s business objectives.
· Lead a team of digital marketers, content creators, and external agencies.
· Stay updated with digital trends, healthcare marketing compliance, and industry best practices.
· Oversee website development, UI/UX improvements, and SEO strategies to enhance visibility and lead generation.
· Optimize the website for conversions (appointment bookings, inquiries, and lead capture).
· Implement A/B testing, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and user experience enhancements.
· Develop and oversee a content strategy that educates and engages potential patients.
· Manage social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
· Direct the creation of high-quality blogs, videos, patient testimonials, infographics, and reels.
· Ensure all content is compliant with healthcare advertising regulations.
· Implement strategies to increase positive patient reviews and handle negative feedback professionally.
