Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Excellent Customer Support: Address customer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person, ensuring a friendly and professional experience.
  • Issue Resolution: Effectively handle customer complaints and resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Product Knowledge: Offer product/service information and guidance to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Order Processing: Manage order placement, exchanges, and refunds accurately.
  • Customer Interaction Tracking: Record customer interactions and feedback in our system to maintain high service standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
  • Adhere to Company Guidelines: Follow internal processes and policies to provide a seamless experience for customers.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of customer service software and computer systems.
  • 2-Wheeler Requirement: Must own a two-wheeler and be able to use it for work-related tasks (if applicable).
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with coworkers.

Working Hours:

  • This is a full-time position with working hours from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
