Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Excellent Customer Support: Address customer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person, ensuring a friendly and professional experience.
- Issue Resolution: Effectively handle customer complaints and resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Product Knowledge: Offer product/service information and guidance to help customers make informed decisions.
- Order Processing: Manage order placement, exchanges, and refunds accurately.
- Customer Interaction Tracking: Record customer interactions and feedback in our system to maintain high service standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
- Adhere to Company Guidelines: Follow internal processes and policies to provide a seamless experience for customers.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem Solving: Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of customer service software and computer systems.
- 2-Wheeler Requirement: Must own a two-wheeler and be able to use it for work-related tasks (if applicable).
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with coworkers.
Working Hours:
- This is a full-time position with working hours from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
