YOUR TASKS:
- Execute contact center plans and programs in line with business strategy and financial objectives, guidelines and policies
- Respond to customers consistently and confidently by providing accurate information in all areas such as custom requirements, transit time and prices
- Enhance service experience in DHL by exercising professionalism and empathy when dealing with each individual customer’s varying needs and demands
- Execute inbound/ outbound phone calls, emails and web based chats/instant messaging and balance work load to handle customer inquiries, orders, service requirements and complaints.
- Achieve sales and service targets related to key customers and provide delivery of high quality service for select top accounts
- Support team members on escalated/ complex customer inquiries related to organizational products/ services
- Act as first contact point for customer claims by supporting customer in notification and reception of claims, providing and collecting claims documents, and handing over to completed documents to specialized claims handlers
- Resolve escalated customer service inquiries and customer complaints, claims and issues
- Promote areas with potential for revenue generation to cross-sell, up sell services including value added services
- Support development of contact center programs, processes and policies
- Assist the supervisors (if applicable) to carry out relevant CS orientation / training programs for new or existingCS staff
- Liaise with Operations and other departments for quick and efficient resolution of customer issues and queries
- Exhibits an exceptional degree of resourcefulness and empathy.
- Analyzes and resolves complex customer issues.
- Well-developed relationship skills and ability to network with multiple levels of an organization and other business units.
- Typically requires Bachelor's degree.
- 1 year experience in a Customer Contact Centre or Tele sales environment in a service industry (preferable)
- Must have Nepali Citizenship, based in Nepal
