Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR & Admin Manager located in Kathmandu. The HR & Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR functions including recruitment, selection, staff welfare, performance management, and training and development. Administrative tasks will include managing office operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, handling employee records, and coordinating with different departments to facilitate smooth operations. The HR & Admin Manager will also be involved in strategic planning and organizational growth initiatives.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
- Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Oversee payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and employee engagement initiatives.
- Develop and implement retention strategies and career development plans.
- Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation.
- Oversee office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Manage office facilities, vendor relationships, and contracts.
- Handle procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Organize company events, meetings, and corporate communication.
- Supervise administrative staff and support personnel.
- Ensure workplace safety, security, and cleanliness.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, Admin Manager, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
