About The Role
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing inbound marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support our overall business objectives. This role combines strategic planning, data-driven insights, and hands-on execution to maximize digital marketing performance. You will be a key player in shaping our online presence and contributing to our continued success.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, social media, email, and content marketing.
- Content Creation & Management: Collaborate with the content writer and stakeholders to develop engaging and relevant content for our website, blog, social media, and email campaigns.
- SEO: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and help improve organic rankings.
- Social Media Marketing: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, nurture campaigns, promotional emails, and automated sequences.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights. Utilize tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, Data Studio, or similar platforms.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure alignment and achieve common goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of inbound marketing principles and best practices.
- Hands-on experience of SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, lead generation, and paid advertising.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, CMS, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Webflow, SEMrush).
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot is a plus.
- Inbound Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Google Analytics and Ads certifications are a strong plus.
