Job Overview:

We are looking for a mid-level staff member with a strong understanding of accounts and computer systems to provide software support to hospitals in Nepal. This role involves training, conducting demos, gathering requirements, and resolving software-related issues during implementation and support phases.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical and functional support for hospital software solutions.
Conduct training sessions and software demos for hospital staff.
Gather and analyze user requirements for system enhancements.
Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues efficiently.
Collaborate with developers and implementation teams for seamless software deployment.
Ensure proper documentation of support cases and client interactions.
Stay updated with hospital workflow and accounting processes to enhance system usability.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in software support, implementation, or IT helpdesk roles.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and hospital operations.
Proficiency in hospital management software (HMS) or ERP systems is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for training and client interactions.
Willingness to travel to different hospital sites as required.
