Summary

Cedar Gate Technologies is seeking a Data Analytics Manager to provide analytical support to the Account team for client support. This role requires a strong understanding of US healthcare data, including both technical knowledge of relevant EDI formats and subject matter expertise in coding standards. The ideal candidate must be able to effectively communicate complex technical issues to non-technical Account team members and client stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various teams in the organization to ensure that clients are implemented correctly
• Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and abstract up from low-level information to a standard
• Capture and communicate Business Use Cases effectively to all team members
• Be responsible for communication and resolution of clients’ technical issues
• Ensure that all documentation is complete and accurate for a smooth handoff over to maintenance clients
• Recruit, train, and mentor subordinates
• Grant least privilege access to resources
• Monitor and optimize resource utilization and performance
• Ensure team compliance with organizational policies and procedures
• Revoke access for team members transitioning off projects or leaving the company
• Perform other related duties as necessary
  
  

Required Experience / Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent)
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare data, either EDI-related or subject matter-related
• Should initiate work processes and work diligently to ensure that the client’s expectations are met
• Proficiency in SQL; familiarity with cloud-based processing is a plus
• Experience with Postgres/Redshift and data parsing tools is a plus
• Deep knowledge of Product Suite
• Scripting experience in Python is a plus
• Strong English communication skills
