Universal Outsourcing is a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that specializes in serving the Australian mortgage broking industry. We offer a variety of industry specific services from administrative support, loan processing compliance review management, to digital marketing, web design and development, content creation and more.

Your Role
As a Loan Processor, you will spend your first 3 months at Universal Outsourcing in a fully supported learning workflow environment.
During this time, you will be fully trained in completing all end-to-end processes that are required for the smooth processing of loan applications from submission to settlement (getting loan approved).
Someone who has an interest in the finance industry and wants to grow with the business would be a huge advantage.
- Data entry of loan application information into lender platforms.
- Assisting our clients with processing & tracking home loans from pre-submission to settlement.
- Liaising with our clients to request supporting documentation and update them on the progress of their application.
- Forming relationships and communicating with clients, lenders, referrers, and other business agents.
- Working with finance brokers to ensure compliance processes are followed and maintained.
- Keeping active notes and managing applications.
- Customer Relation Management (CRM) platform.
- Providing exceptional customer service.
- Creating social media content and uploading them on social media handles.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends and incorporate them into social media marketing processes.
Education Level: Must have completed Bachelor's degree with an internship or volunteer experience. (preferred)
Experience Required: Experience in customer service roles preferred but not mandatory.
Additional skill set:
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written English communication.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to work to deadlines.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude and prepared to work in a team environment and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills, including the ability to resolve unusual and complex issues and then devise actionable solutions.
- The ability to quickly adapt and adjust to changing situations and processes.
- Time management skills and prioritizing the assigned tasks.

- Knowledge of Generative AI Tools: ChatGPT, COPY.AI & others
- Knowledge of Social Media Marketing: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
- Interest in Content Creation Tools: Canva, Capcut

Our office operates from 6 am to 2:30pm in the vibrant location of Maitidevi, Kathmandu. The salary for this position is open for negotiation.
